Starting in early 2009, Aux Venture has endured a tumultuous five years following the Global Financial Crisis by focusing on exceptional service to its clients. Rural finance has undergone a period of swinging criteria changes and credit contraction, often meaning new and innovative ideas need to be generated to keep ahead of the curve.
Many rural producers have experienced a combination of financial challenges over the last five years including drought, market restrictions, a falling property market and pressure from lenders to reduce leverage in a higher cost, lower price environment. Aux Venture believes good quality advice and support is more important to rural businesses than ever before and looks forward to continuing to add value to its clients through difficult times.
The past 5 years has also changed the opportunity for investment in to agriculture as global demand for stable yield-driven investments rises. Aux Venture looks forward to the next five years of developing high quality investment opportunities into agriculture in Australia, where we believe effective capital solutions will grow to bring new investors to agriculture and to further support Australian farmers' financial prosperity.
